CUSTOMER CARE POLICY

A core component of the service is our customer care policy. This entails a continuous one to one relationship with all clients.

Each client is given their own password protected folder, which contains account information and regularly updated assignment reports regarding their site. Clients can access their folders twenty-four hours a day via our Intranet.

The development, management and consistent growth of a good working relationship between ourselves and our client is of absolute importance to our whole operation.
